In recognition of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, at the City Council meeting on May 4, the Council issued a proclamation encouraging the community of Sammamish to observe, recognize, and celebrate the culture, heritage, and contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to our country, our state, our city and our schools.
