The mission of the Sammamish Police Department is to provide quality, professional law enforcement services to improve public safety within our city.
Since its incorporation in 1999, Sammamish has contracted law enforcement services from the KCSO.
Sammamish Police Officers are King County Sheriff’s Office Deputies who are dedicated to our community by contract.
Sammamish has been given the distinction by safewise of being the Safest City in Washington for 2022; this is the second year in the row.
