I need the building permit details for the following address. 24972 SE 30th St, Sammamish, WA 98075 Lot size is 4771. Murray Franklyn is constructing a building of 3801SFT on this lot. In 2022, as for the changed guidelines for Maximum Residential Floor to Area Ratio (FAR) ratio in R6 zone is 0.5. So for a lot size of 4771 SFT, how this builder got permit for 3801 SFT of livable Sqft. I would like to understand if I am missing any code here as workaround. Building permit was applied in 2/28/2022 so I am assuming 2022 codes are used for approval.
