Arts Commission presents: Gather in the Native Plant Garden to create drawings inspired by Ellsworth Kelly’s plant drawings and explore silhouette, color, and shadow.

In this class, we will learn from local stewards of the garden about the native plants and the process of cultivating this space. We will set up along the garden path to pick clippings, draw from observation, trace leaves, color match, and explore shapes!

This class is free and for all ages and skill levels. Drawing materials will be provided.
