The eCityGov Alliance has launched its latest regional web portal designed to make
it easier for companies to do business with public agencies. The City Of Sammamish
will be utilizing this new Shared Procurement Portal (SPP) as a means of soliciting
and notifying businesses and contractors about potential opportunities to respond
to bids and proposals, as well as purchasing goods, materials, and services.

The Shared Procurement Portal provides businesses with greater exposure to work
with participating public agencies. By having the roster application process on-line,
businesses need only create one profile which can be updated at any time. At the
