The City of Sammamish is committed to providing excellent customer service every day. All inspection requests can be made online or by calling 425-295-0625 up until 12:00am for the next business day. When calling, please include the following information in your message: permit number, address, type of inspection, and contact information.

Please note: you may desire a morning or afternoon inspection, but we are not able to guarantee that we can meet your request. Our staff will make note of the request. By 9 am the proposed order of inspections for the day is posted on our web site Inspection Schedule.

Please be sure that you are ready for the requested inspection by 8:30 am. In order to accommodate the building inspector upon their arrival, insure that access is proviced to the area of the inspection. If Inspectors are unable to gain access to perform the inspection, a re-inspect fee will be charged.
