Summary
Evans Creek Preserve is a 179-acre City of Sammamish property off of Highway 202, just north of the City limits. This property was purchased by the City in 2000, and received its name in 2002. Topographically the site varies from nearly flat meadows to steep slopes. It includes a variety of habitats, including wetland, riparian and forested upland. The site currently has no public improvements and is not open to the public. The site will be open to the public following completion of the long-term strategy, regulatory permitting and construction of initial access improvements.
