The 244th Avenue SE Non-Motorized Project proposes to construct 2,600-feet of sidewalk, bike lane, and planter strip on the east side of the road. Retaining walls, safety fencing, and storm drain improvements will also be included to accomodate the design. See the proposed typical cross section below:
*Update - Paving Thursday, April 10. Expect delays. Use alternate routes if possible. Driveways off 244th Ave SE may have access restricted (up to 30-minutes) between 8 AM and 6 PM. Need vehicle access during temporary restriction? Please seek permission from the flagger.
