Right-of-Way Use Permits

Temporary private use of the public right-of-way may be permitted for events such as block parties, parades, and dumpster placement. The temporary ROW use permit fee is currently $450.00. Some uses also require bonding for $5,000 or more.

Application Materials

In order to obtain a Right-of-Way use permit in the city of Sammamish, please submit the following forms in person at City Hall:
