The city of Sammamish website is provided as a courtesy to the user. Information contained on the website is not a substitute for the official records and files of the city government. Privacy

Email Alert Privacy Policy

The City of Sammamish does not sell or rent mailing lists of its Email Alert subscribers to any organization. The city may provide lists of its subscribers to project partner government agencies, but only to provide customized information to subscribers who may benefit by receiving that information.

PLEASE NOTE: The city may be required to provide email lists to third parties if the information is requested under Washington State public disclosure law.

City of Sammamish Mobile App

Sammamish is using SeeClickFix, an online and mobile service request system, to power its mobile app and reporting forms. SeeClickFix is an application, named MySammamish, that allows Sammamish citizens to report non-emergency related issues to the city. SeeClickFix can be used via the Web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet.
SeeClickFix is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be displayed publicly.

The City of Sammamish does not:

  • Share any personal information gathered on the city website with other agencies or persons unless required by law.
  • Create personal profiles or provide personal information to private organizations.
  • Collect and/or sell information for commercial marketing.

If Email Alert subscribers choose to, they may provide their zip code and general neighborhood location to the city. This information will be used only to ensure that the messages received are valuable and relevant.
