Pine Lake Park Phase 2 Improvements
Summary
Pine Lake Park, located at 228th Ave. SE and SE 24th Street, is one of the city’s
most treasured assets. The park, located on the shores of Pine Lake, offers swimming
and non-motorized boating opportunities for park patrons. The City of Sammamish
is committed to preserving the nature of this unique park, enhancing and restoring
natural features and protecting Pine Lake as one of the city’s most valuable local
assets.
Pine Lake Park was master planned in 2003 to improve the quality of the park experience
by upgrading and modernizing its facilities. The phase 2 improvement project will
focus on the waterfront (shoreline and dock improvements). These improvements are
scheduled for construction in 2008. The project will also identify potential park
