Take Winter by Storm: www.govlink.org/storm/default.asp
The 2010-2011 winter is expected to be wetter, colder and more stormy than the norm. This year sees the return of La Nina conditions and the accompanying weather patterns that will be very different from last winter. We may experience the snow storms of 2008, the floods of 2007 or the windstorms of 1995 or any combination of these three events. Be prepared to take care of yourself for at least three days. Take steps now before a storm arrives.
