Come gather with the group between 2:30 – 3:00 at Sammamish Highlands Plaza (in the lot next to Jack in the Box) to walk up 228th Avenue to the market. Walkers will leave no later than 3:00 to stroll up the hill where the Eastlake Drum Line will meet them at City Hall encouraging them with their foot-stomping rhythms. =0D=0A=0D=0AOpening Ceremonies – 3:45 =0D=0AJoin us as Sammamish Mayor Don Gerend says a few words of support as the market gets ready for its new season. Evergreen Healthcare, our Presenting Sponsor, will also be on hand for greetings and we will briefly recognize our farmers and vendors in their participation in what we hope will be an amazing season. =0D=0A=0D=0AMarket Opens – 4:00 =0D=0AThis year we will be joined by many new farmers and specialty vendors, as well as our loyal favorites. The market will continue to offer entertainment, chef demonstrations, children’s activities, prepared foods and much more throughout the season! =0D=0A=0D=0AOur City Hall and new library have created quite a gathering place in the center of town and the Sammamish Chamber is proud to have a place between both to bring fresh local food and neighbors together! =0D=0A=0D=0AParking at the Market =0D=0AIn addition to the limited parking near City Hall parking is available at Mary, Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church just around the corner. For easy market access, please use special walking path that has been reopened. =0D=0A=0D=0AA special short term parking area is set up at the market for those wishing to stay 30 minutes or less.
